The brief

Local service businesses either take bookings by phone and message — losing hours and no-shows — or hand a cut of every booking to a marketplace that also advertises their rivals next to them.

Bookuno gives each business its own booking page instead: customers book themselves, automated reminders cut no-shows, and the platform never takes commission. The workshop designed, built and operates it end to end.

  • Multi-category platform: barbers, salons, trainers, studios and local services
  • Customer booking flow with schedules, staff and service durations
  • Automated reminder system (proven in production) that cuts no-shows
  • Business dashboards — today's schedule, bookings and customer details
  • Stripe subscription billing and an operator console for running the platform
