Are there any hidden fees or ongoing costs?

No hidden fees. All prices shown are the full one-off project cost. The only ongoing cost is the optional Website Care Plan, which starts at £49/month and covers hosting, SSL, monthly security updates, and email support. It's optional — you can cancel at any time and your website files are always yours.

Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?

Yes — all packages are available on 3, 6 or 12-month interest-free payment plans. For example, the Pro Website (currently £749 with launch pricing) is from £63/month over 12 months. You pay a deposit to kick things off, then monthly from there. No credit checks, no interest, no APR.

How long does it take to build?

Most websites are live within 2–4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly we get your content (photos, copy, business details) and your feedback on the design. We keep you updated throughout — no disappearing acts.

What if I need something not listed here?

That's what the Custom package is for. If you need a booking system with payments, a customer login area, a marketplace, or something we haven't thought of yet — tell us. We'll scope it, price it, and walk you through exactly what you'll get.

Do you include SEO?

Every package includes technical SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals). Pro and above also include a Google Business Profile setup. For ongoing SEO content or link-building, ask about the Growth Care plan.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. We build a simple content management area into every site so you can update text, prices, photos and blog posts without touching any code. Larger changes (new pages, features, layout changes) we handle via the Care plan or one-off work — whatever suits you.

What happens if I want to cancel?

No lock-in contracts. There's a 14-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy in the first 14 days you get a full refund. After that, you can cancel hosting at any time with 30 days' notice. Your domain is registered in your name, you get a full export of your website files, and you'll always own what we built.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Primarily UK-based, but we do take on projects from Ireland and other English-speaking markets. Payments are in GBP. If you're outside the UK, get in touch and we'll see if we're a good fit.
