These terms apply to all Hosting and Care plans provided by The Digital Workshop Co. They supplement our general Terms of Service.
1. Contract type
All hosting and care plans are provided on a monthly rolling basis. There is no minimum term beyond the first month. Plans are billed monthly in advance via the payment method on file.

"Minor content update" means text or image changes to existing pages. New pages, design changes, or development work are quoted separately.
3. Hosting infrastructure
Websites are hosted on Vercel's global edge network, with database services via Supabase. We manage the infrastructure on your behalf. Uptime is subject to Vercel and Supabase's own service level agreements. We target 99.9% availability but cannot guarantee this in the event of third-party outages.
4. Fair use
Hosting is provided for standard business websites. Fair use means your site generates typical business traffic and does not use hosting resources for purposes other than serving the website. We reserve the right to review usage and, where necessary, discuss upgrading to a higher plan or alternative infrastructure if your site grows significantly.
Hosting must not be used for illegal content, spam, phishing, cryptocurrency mining, or any activity that violates applicable law.
5. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a hosting or care plan by giving 30 days' written notice via email to sam@thedigitalworkshopco.com. Notice takes effect from the date we acknowledge receipt.
During the notice period, full service continues. No partial refunds are issued for the final month's billing period.
6. What happens on cancellation
On cancellation you enter a 30-day transition period during which:
- We will assist with migrating your site to a new hosting provider of your choice.
- We will provide a full export of your website files and database (where applicable).
- Your domain name remains under your control at all times — we will assist with DNS changes as needed.
- After the transition period, we will remove your site from our infrastructure.
See our Website Ownership & Cancellation Policy for full details.
